SINCLAIR  is a peelable polymer in an aqueous solution manufactured by Sansui Paints
 
  • Clean surface of window thoroughly and completely before use,
  • Use compound as received Use airless sprayer, brush or roller,
  • Apply to achieve 4-5 mils dry film thickness to a wet film thickness 10-12 mils ,
  •  After significant paint overspray buildup, film may be quickly and easily removed. Cut film to start peeling from one corner,
  • Sinclair temporary protective coating for window protections is a strippable coating engineered for use on a windows and wide variety of non porous surfaces.
  • The coating provides a tough, flexible solvent-resistant film which protects booth walls, paint fixtures, metal parts in storage, or any non-porous metal surface from paint overspray.
  •  Typical applications include where a temporary protective coating is desired to protect the surface form damage, scratches, chipping and from exterior and interior environment.
  • Thin films are clear while thicker films are translucent.
  • Sinclair  727  may also be diluted at the rate of 10- 15%s of  distilled water per Liter. 
  • Do not Use tap water for dilution.
  • Drying time is dependent on temperature. At 70ºF, product will dry in approximately 24 hours.
  • You can enhance drying time by air movement and other suitable means.
  • Water-based coating cures to a durable, easy-to-remove "protective film.
  • Simply peel off in large, continuous sheets. Object is left clean and ready for next application.
  • Sinclair should be stored at a temperature above 60 degrees F
  • One Liter covers approximately 60- 70  square feet,
 
WINDOWS – GLASS FRAMES – MARBLE KITCHEN TOPS, GRANITE FLORRING, 
Windows : Apply to the glazing prior to the commencement of the brickwork operation to prevent falling mortar adhering to the glass. A thicker second application on external window face will give excellent protection. Apply internally prior to the plastering operation commencing. Curtain Wall: Take care not to block drainage sloth, wipe off any residue at the time of application. Ensure the product does not become trapped during the pressure plate and capping operation. Leave an untreated border around the glass perimeter. 
Renovation: Apply to glass that is to remain 'in situ', to give excellent protection during the course of building alteration.
