Window Protection
Crafted to protect your window glasses, frames and rubbers from construction processes spanning long periods (12 months). Sinclair 732 has been a popular choice for residential buildings and other occupied constructions. Sinclair 732 is ideal for use on all glass, powder coated, aluminum, fiberglass, and stainless steel frames and even on vehicles.

Marble / Stone / Tile / Glass Protection
The water based Sinclair 736 solution is recommended for use on marble, granite and limestone surfaces. Applied with a roll-on technique, it is an effective guard for frames and rubbers, which lasts over 12 months.

 Sinclair Vinyl strippable Coating is a specially formulated spray able coating, which dries to give a tough, flexible, impervious Dried film easily removable, . The Coating is a neutral colour that can then be tinted with basic standard colours. The sprayable coating possesses excellent resistance to salt solution, dilute acids and alkalis, diesel fuel, detergents, antiseptics, etc., and is ideally suited to such environments such as hospital and medical applications.

Normally it is used to provide a skin on uncoated metals like aluminum, stainless steel, etc. This skin will seal against the ingress of liquids. rust, dirt, abrasion, paint spray, and scratches during shipment or storage.  When protection is no longer needed, removal of Sinclair Vinyl Strippable Coating requires no solvents - simply peel off the coating.

DIRECTIONS:

BEST RESULTS are obtained when applied to a smooth surface.  A rough surface may cause excessive adhesion and improper stripping of the coating.  Product operates best when applied at room temperature (70°F.)

APPLICATIONS:

Sinclair Vinyl Strippable Coating provides ideal protection for precision tools, components, dies, casting, baked enamel surfaces, high-polish critical surfaces such as mirrors, lenses, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and chrome.  The product is not recommended for use over air-dried paint.  It is not recommended for plastics or for any other type substrate in which ketones could cause a solvent action on the material to be coated.  Test on all specific applications.

Surface Preparation:

The non-porous substrate must be clean and free of foreign contaminants to ensure proper strippability of the coating.  SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING making sure the can rattles for at least 30 seconds.  Spray uniformly from a distance of 12 to 14 inches.  Apply a smooth, even coat over surface.  Control volume by varying pressure on the spray head.  Increased film thickness improves the stripping characteristic of the coating.  Apply at least 2 or 3 coats of the material to the substrate allowing at least 10-15 minute intervals at room temperature (70°F) before applying a new coat.
