How it Works?

System operates as a skin tight membrane (film) designed to protect the surfaces against mechanical damage, LIKE fall of cement mortar, paint spillage, dust dirt, air and rust staining caused by the ingress of dirt and metal raisings during the long period of construction. Supplied as a water borne dispersion the peelable coatings, will not damage or leave residue on painted surfaces and are easily applied by Wool Roller, Conventional Spray,Pressure Pot and an Air-Assisted or Airless spray, Film can remain in place for many months.

Removal

Simply strip away from one corner by hand or using water jet spray, entire Sinclair membrane (coating) will be peeled off.

  • What is Elasto Dip?
    Elasto Dip Coatings is high elastomeric solvent based liquid car coating, Product that has an OEM paint finish and you cannot tell apart from the real non-removable automotive paints. Elasto Dip is engineered to protect the surface of your car against scratches, abrasions, debris, dirt, dust, oil, grease, fly rust, corrosion, paint overspray, natural sandblasting etc. Elasto Dip is available in all colours, allowing a high degree of customization with the look and feel of original car paint.
  • What is liquid peel?
    Liquid peel is applied onto your vehicle by means of professional spray equipment and does not involve any adhesives, cutting of material or heat application that may damage the original paint of your vehicle. Liquid Peel is completely safe and protects your vehicle from damage.
  • How does Elasto Dip protect my vehicle?
    ELASTO DIP Coatings shields your car from scratches, dust, debris and other exterior and everyday damage by forming a hard and protective layer over your original paint. ELASTO DIP also preserves the OEM car paint through its stain resistant properties.
  • Can I do Myself
    Of Course!! Various DIY ( Do it Yourself) customers use our products.., Follow Instructions and tutorial videos which first choose ventilated area, with good air movements, free from dust, moisture, with due care mask and covers tyres, Window, side glasses, Chrome Plates, with Masking tapes, and Paper. Remember, this product is Peelable, so even if you make any mistake, you can peel it off, and try again,
  • What atmospheric temperature is suitable?
    For best application, apply at temperatures between 14°C and 25°C. Avoid applying product if temperature is below 10°C or above 35°C or Moist or Raining
  • What Spray Equipment is suggested?
    ELASTO DIP Coatings is sprayed with any Air Assisted, or Compressed Air With Needle Size of 1.6 and pressure of 40-50 psi.
  • How Long it Lasts: Will it be removed easily?
    First and Foremost it requires thicker coat, with little thicker from the ages, technically it require minimum 800 micron 18-20 Mils of Dried Film, and To Achieve this, it requires nearly 6-8 coats,, Elasto dip can easily last 3+ year.

  • Should the bodywork of my vehicle be done in case of any damage before I apply ELASTO DIP?
    Yes, it is mandatory that your vehicle bodywork is done on all damages before applying ELASTO DIP Coatings in case of any damage to achieve a smooth and even finish.
  • Can ELASTO DIP coatings be pressure washed?
    Yes, a vehicle that has ELASTO DIP coatings on it can be pressure washed as the protective layer is durable and strong
  • How do I maintain ELASTO DIP Coatings?
    We recommend regular maintenance, just like how you would maintain your OEM car paint. For advanced maintenance, you may also use any wax or polish over ELASTO DIP Coatings
